Xcel Energy announces intended site of SmartGridCity^TM: Boulder, Colo. to become first fully integrated "smart" city in the nation

SmartGridCity will be the industry’s first community to comprehensively research and develop intelligent grid technologies as we shape the future of the energy marketplace.
