Minnesota residential customers can take advantage of special electric heating rates. Choose from electric heating options such as electric space heating.
The rate is applicable only when electric space heating equipment is your primary source of residential space heating. (A Duplex Meter Socket is not necessary for this rate.)

Who Qualifies
To qualify, you must:
- Be an Xcel Energy residential electricity customer in Minnesota.
- Use electricity as your primary heat source.
