Rebate applications for 2012 T12 lighting upgrades were due on 4/1/2013. Qualifying equipment must have been invoiced and installed on or before 12/31/2012; applications must be have submitted within 12 months of the invoice date or no later than 4/1/2013, whichever came first.
As of 2013, we are no longer offering 2012-level prescriptive rebates for T12 retrofits. Custom T12 projects preapproved prior to 12/31/2012 have until 11/30/2013 to be installed, invoiced, and submitted. Projects requiring re-evaluation will use standard efficiency T8 as the baseline going forward, standard efficiency T8 fixture will be used as the baseline.
