Choose your state

Our products and services differ based on state. Please select your state (or the state you're interested in) from the list to the left.

Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.

We offer several options to help you save energy and earn cash incentives:

Prescriptive rebates

Earn fixed rebates for purchasing qualifying energy-efficient equipment. For a complete listing of qualifying equipment and rebate rules and requirements, see the Cooling Efficiency rebate application link under the How to Get Started section.

Custom rebates

Cooling equipment upgrades which do not qualify under our prescriptive program may still qualify for a custom rebate. Preapproval is required, and eligible projects can earn up to $400/kW saved. Examples of projects which have qualified for custom rebates include:

  • Energy recovery
  • Cooling towers
  • Ground or air source heat pumps

See our Custom Efficiency page for more information.
