Our products and services differ based on state. Please select your state (or the state you're interested in) from the list to the left.
Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.
Want a brighter, less cluttered storage space? Starting March 1 through October 31, 2013, we’ll pick up your old, working, second fridge or freezer and recycle it, free of charge. You’ll get a little extra space in your garage, a $50 cash rebate, two free compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs1), and nearly $100 in annual energy savings.
Call to schedule your free pickup.2
Note: Rebate amounts are subject to change.
Note: Energy savings is based on ENERGY STAR® estimates and varies. Visit energystar.gov for more information.
1 CFLs contain mercury and need to be recycled. For free recycling locations, visit ResponsibleByNature.com.
2 If calls or online scheduling is made outside of March 1 through October 31, customers will be placed on a waitlist for follow-up scheduling when the program opens annually.
Participation in this program is subject to important rules and eligibility requirements.

This program has limited scheduling. Pickups and scheduling will occur between March 1, 2013 and October 31, 2013. To schedule an appointment to have your refrigerator picked up, call 1-800-599-5795 or visit ResponsibleByNature.com/Fridge.
If you call outside of the pick-up time frame (November 1 through the end of February), you’ll be placed on a waiting list until the program reopens each March. At that time, you’ll be called for scheduling.
