Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.
New Mexico businesses can save money, earn rebates and improve lighting quality with our Lighting Efficiency rebates.
We offer rebates on a wide variety of lighting projects and applications including retrofits of existing systems, reductions in the number of lamps (delamping), upgrades as part of a renovation, installations in a new building, small business lighting projects and custom applications.

T12 lighting upgraded in 2012 may be eligible for a generous rebate. Qualifying equipment must have been installed on or before 12/31/2012; applications must be submitted within 12 months of the invoice date or no later than 4/1/2013, whichever comes first.
As of 2013, we are no longer offering 2012-level prescriptive rebates for T12 retrofits.
Custom T12 projects preapproved prior to 12/31/2012 have until 11/30/2013 to be installed, invoiced, and submitted. Projects requiring re-evaluation will use standard efficiency T8 as the baseline going forward, standard efficiency T8 fixture will be used as the baseline.
