Cash rebate of $300 per ton for South Dakota customers, to make your purchase more affordable.

Overview

As of January 1, 2013, South Dakota customers can get a cash rebate of $300 per ton (no tonnage limit) with the purchase of a qualifying ground source heat pump.

Efficiency Rating Rebate
ENERGY STAR® qualified, closed-loop systems, with a minimum 14.1 EER rating and 3.3 COP $300 per ton

Benefits

  • Ground source heat pumps that earn the ENERGY STAR label use about 30% less energy than a standard ground source heat pump.
  • Rebates lower the initial cost of the equipment.
  • These units use less energy to operate, and that’s good for the environment.
