If you are having troubles with your sewer, or think you have a blockage, please call Xcel Energy’s dedicated 24-hour Gas Emergency/Dispatch number at 1-800-895-2999 first before anyone attempts to clear your sewer line. We will examine our records to determine if any potential conflicts exist between our natural gas and sewer lines and whether an in-sewer camera inspection may be needed. Xcel Energy provides this service at no cost to customers.
