Our products and services differ based on state. Please select your state (or the state you're interested in) from the list to the left.
Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.
If you’re a residential or small business customer, monthly energy consumption (use) information is available online to help you monitor, manage and maintain efficient energy habits. You can access energy consumption for your premises instantly, through the My Account site. Information is presented in a variety of helpful ways, through charts and tables. Review the information regularly and learn how to optimize your use and become more energy efficient.
Most residential and small business customers of Xcel Energy can access energy consumption information anytime through My Account. A variety of report formats and options are available to help you track your use. View charts and tables online, or download data to your personal computer.
In addition to energy consumption (use) information, My Account also provides access to other account management tools, such as billing and payment history, the ability to enroll in eBill and set up online payments and other convenient features.
We respect your privacy. The information collected from all our meters and any personal information you provide us is used by Xcel Energy only for purposes directly related to providing you with electricity, steam or natural gas service. Because we respect your privacy, we will only release information about you to third parties under limited circumstances. These include:
