Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.

Visit to sign-in or enroll for the My Account site access. After completing My Account enrollment, visit the Current Bill tab and follow easy steps to enroll in eBill.
eBill also provides various online payment options that include one-time payment, Recurring Payment Plan and Credit/Debit card payments. If you are already enrolled in AutoPay, you can continue to use AutoPay with eBill. A transaction fee applies to the Credit/Debit payments and payments are processed by NCO Financial Systems. Credit/Debit card payments are not available in Texas.
Visit to sign-in or enroll on the My Account site. After completing My Account enrollment, visit “Your Programs” tab to find AutoPay in available programs list. Get your bank account information and follow easy steps to complete the enrollment. Optionally, you can also download a pdf form and follow instructions to complete and mail it to us.
Auto Pay is available to all Xcel Energy customers in good standing and it allows automatic payment of utility bill from checking or savings account on the due date. AutoPay payment option is independent of how you get your Xcel Energy bill. You can enroll in AutoPay either online from the My Account site or you can also download a pdf form and follow instructions to complete and mail it to us.
eBill Recurring Payment Plan (RPP) is an online payment option that is available to customers who are enrolled in eBill from the My Account site. RPP is similar to AutoPay in automatically deducting payment from your checking and savings account but it allows email alerts, flexibility in scheduling payment date (due date or up to 10 days before the due date), and option to change a scheduled payment. If you are an AutoPay customer and enroll in eBill, you have option to stay with AutoPay or un-enroll from AutoPay and enroll in eBill Recurring Payment Plan.
For checking account information, get your checkbook and locate information below to locate your bank Routing Number and Account Number. If you are using your savings account, we would need the entire savings account number.

Pay by Phone is available to you at no cost. You can be anywhere and securely transfer your payment directly to us 24 hours a day. Your payment will post to your account the following business day. Pay by Phone is a one-time payment option. You will have to call us every time you wish to make a Pay by Phone payment.
You will need to have your Routing Transit number and Account number from your check ready before making a Pay By Phone. If you are using your savings account, we would need the entire savings account number.

Credit/Debit Card Payment is made possible by a partnership with NCO Financial Systems, a credit/debit card payment service provider. NCO Financial Systems processes credit/debit card payments on our behalf and charges a small convenience fee per transaction. This fee is collected and retained by NCO Financial Systems. Xcel Energy does not benefit from this fee. Credit/Debit card payments are not available in Texas.
Call NCO Financial Systems directly at 1-800-656-8439 (US) or 1-517-780-0221 (outside the U.S.) to make a payment over the phone using your credit/debit card.
EFT program is available to business customers. Electronic transactions are made using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network, which is part of the Federal Reserve Bank system. EFT files have two components; payment instructions and remittance detail. Follow these easy steps to get started:
