If you are a current Online View and Pay customer, we now also offer eBill from the My Account site. You can start using our latest and full-featured online service, eBill on My Account. You can easily transfer your old account to this new online service from the My Account site.
To cancel your Online View and Pay account, call CheckFree at 1-800-297-3180 or 1-888-212-9342. You can also verify your Xcel Energy billing and payment details with a CheckFree customer service agent.
