Overview
Pay your energy bill online or by phone using your credit or debit card for a fee. Our partner, NCO Epayments, can accept payment any time and will post it the next business day.
NCO Epayments will accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club cards. A transaction fee of $4.85 applies.
Check with your bank or card provider as they may have individual transaction and daily limits on credit or debit card transactions.

Who Qualifies
You must be either a residential or business customer of Xcel Energy in any state except Texas.
How to Get Started
You can pay with a credit or debit card via two methods:
- By phone - call NCO Financial Systems at 1-800-656-8439 within the United States or 1-517-780-0221 outside the U.S. You may also call us at 1-800-895-4999.
- Online - visit the NCO Epayments website and enter the necessary information for the transaction.
The charge appears as XCEL ENERGY/NCO - 800-794-1630 MI MAIL/PHONE on your card statement. Please note that a $4.85 transaction fee applies.
