Choose a payment due date that fits better with your schedule. You can change the due date once a year. This option is free, simple and will not affect your billing or payment method.

Who qualifies
To use Custom Due Date, you must:
- Be a residential customer of Xcel Energy from any state in our service area.
- Be a small business customer of Xcel Energy from any state in our service area except Colorado (where only residential customers qualify).
- Not be a large business customer (not eligible).
