My Account Site

My Account is our new online service that provides you with a personalized view of your Xcel Energy account. You get more tools to manage your account and more data about your energy use.

Account Information: View your most current account information and billing & payment history (up to 24 months)
eBill and eBill payment options: When you sign up for our free, easy, and secure eBill and eBill Payment options, you can:
- Get instant access to your electronic bill
- Set up automatic eBill Payments – recurring or one-time payments
- Set up e-mail alerts that notify you if you reach your preset energy budget for the month or when your payment is due
- Access your electronic statements for the past 24 months (those produced during your eBill enrollment period)
Planning tools: View usage history (up to 24 months) in both kilowatt hours and dollar amounts so you can better plan for the future
Product and program offers: View your current programs and find more programs to fit your needs
Get energy efficient: View your premises usage information and conservation tips to help reduce your energy use and your bill
