Education Partnerships

In weekly e-mail sessions, Minneapolis employees serve as E-mentors to students at Sanford Middle School. Students and mentors exchange weekly e-mails designed to strengthen students' writing and computer skills.  They also meet several times during the school year to tour Xcel Energy facilities and discuss careers in the utility industry.
