Through our non-regulated wholly-owned subsidiary, Eloigne Company, Xcel Energy is a long-term partner, supporter and investor in helping to provide an adequate supply of quality, affordable rental housing within the communities it serves.

Eloigne invested $7.2 million in affordable housing in 2004. Since its inception in 1995, Eloigne Company has invested more than $97 million and has provided 59 affordable housing units and 3,195 rental units in our communities.
