- In the event of a trade partner promotion offering special incentives, only registered contractors can be tracked and rewarded.
- You'll be among the first in the HVAC community to receive notice and details on other new Xcel Energy programs.
You will be listed as a currently registered contractor on the public search page after you have completed all registration requirements for each respective program.

Order your rebate applications online! If you are new to the inventory site, follow these instructions:
- Login and Password: enter your contractor ID for both (listed at the top of this letter.)
- You will be prompted to change your password immediately.
- Choose your forms and place your order.
- Your mailing information should appear automatically. If there are errors, you’ll be able to make corrections.
Note: Only registered cooling contractors are authorized to receive our Central Air rebate applications.
