Our products and services differ based on state. Please select your state (or the state you're interested in) from the list to the left.
Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.
Colorado businesses can take advantage of Energy Design Assistance (EDA) - a free, comprehensive approach to energy and cost savings for business customers who are considering new construction or renovation projects.
These services offer several unique features designed to meet your individual needs and work with builders, contractors and architects including:
The unique tracks offered within Energy Design Assistance include: EDA Basic or EDA Enhanced.
Energy Design Assistance supports long-range energy conservation. Key benefits of the program include:
To qualify, you must be:
See the Details section for additional requirements.
We offer two ways to help you meet the unique needs of building efficiency into your new construction or renovation project:
Our core program offering under Business New Construction is ideal for projects with energy savings goals in mind and the ability to take advantage of investigating energy efficient strategies through integrated energy analysis, computer modeling and EDA meetings.
EDA Enhanced is ideal for design teams and owners interested in early goal setting and evaluating energy efficiency options beginning in the pre-design and concept design stages. Refinement of these early options will follow with optimization as the design progresses.
Our program history demonstrates that decisions made in the early stages of design have significant potential for energy conservation.
Is your project less than 20,000 square feet? The Energy Efficiency Buildings program may be right for you.
1 If the local government energy code is at least 10% more stringent than the EDA baseline (ASHRAE 90.1-2007), participants can qualify for the EDA program if their energy efficiency savings exceeds the local code by 5% for the Basic track, 10% for the Enhanced track. Photovoltaic systems may be used to meet the local code, but amounts spent towards a photovoltaic system will not be eligible for rebates under this program.
Complete the application per included instructions for preapproval.
