Energy Efficiency & Load Management

Xcel Energy is actively involved in several of our service areas in promoting, designing, and delivering demand-side management (DSM) portfolios made up of a diverse set of energy efficiency and load management programs that allow all customers a chance to participate and save energy. We work with our regulatory commissions and stakeholders to provide regulatory filings that follow each state's laws and rules.

This site will provide stakeholders in each state access to our major regulatory filings as well as various studies and evaluations, and stakeholder information and meetings, if applicable to the state.

Colorado
