We published our first Triple Bottom Line report in April 2005, with the contents covering the 2004 calendar year, and have published a similar report in each subsequent year. In the years prior to that, we issued separate environmental, financial and corporate citizenship reports. This year we have renamed the report as our Corporate Responsibility Report rather than Triple Bottom Line. We believe the title change better reflects information reported and will be more recognizable to those interested in this type of reporting.
This is the second year we have formally strived to adhere to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3 Sustainability Reporting Guidelines at the B application level. Additionally, we have incorporated the pilot version of the Electric Utilities Sector Supplement into our reporting framework wherever possible. We have compiled a detailed index to the GRI indicators. The index is based on information reported in our 2008 Corporate Responsibility Report and reflects the best information available at the time of publication in May 2009.
