Why do our products and services differ based on state? Because our business is regulated by state. We have regulated operations in eight Western and Midwestern states. The different regulatory body for each state we serve determines what products and services we deliver in that state.

The Company's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, together with Minnesota law and the NYSE and SEC rules regulate the Company. The Company’s corporate governance philosophy and the governance policies and practices as reflected in the Corporate Governance Guidelines have been established to assist in governing the Company.
