Overview
Promoting and supporting economic development growth requires communication and cooperation to provide the resources, tools and incentives businesses need to grow. Our Economic Development team will work with you to provide programs and services to support the retention and expansion of existing companies and attract new businesses.
Xcel Energy's contributions to economic development occur on a variety of levels, from state and regional strategic planning initiatives to hands-on assistance for individual businesses. We support a variety of organizations, ranging from regional and local economic development efforts to communities engaged in long-term community planning. In addition, our staff members support community growth by serving on the boards of many of these same organizations.
